I've lived at the St. Regis for 4 years and regret moving out to relocate to another state. Loved my apartment - huge, lots of windows, original wood trim, mostly good neighbors (professionals, med students), very quiet in the building. Appliances were new, maintenance has been great and fast, rent steady, the ability to rent a garage was a bonus. Management is very responsive. Window AC was more than adequate for my large apartment, radiator heat does make knocking noises, but you definately get used to it. Laundry room is nice and very clean. Building is very beautiful and in a central location.

The only downside has been that the people in rental houses across the street have been VERY noisy at times. However, the management at Duda addressed the problem through the neighborhood organizations, contacting the property owners, and this summer, things are greatly improved.

I looked at a ton of places when I came to Omaha and the Duda properties were the best value from Midtown to Downtown.
