Maintenance is poor. They say they come and fix things and they don't. When you call and talk to someone in the management office they become defensive quickly. They refuse to give call backs if you had someone in your house fixing something. Maintenance doesn't leave notes saying they were in your house when they are supposed to. I can hear my neighbors below me having sex every night. Bugs are a major problem. Mr Duda is the rudest person I have ever met and I REGRET ever moving into these apartments. I avoid calling the main office for ANYTHING. if there is any kind of maintenance/bug problem...I will find someone else to handle problems and pay for it myself.
