I have lived in 2 of Duda's properties for a total of almost 6 years between both of them (Tadosac & Alahambra). They are always great about fixing things the day of the call of the complaint. Staff is always friendly and willing to fix any problems right away. The properties have a fantastic old world charm about them and are well-kept. Inside noise (apt to apt noise) is very minimal because the structures are cement & plaster but the outdoor noise can sometimes be an issue (traffic noise off a busy street and sometimes dogs barking). I have always felt safe and secure in their properties as well. Overall I give Duda a big thumbs up!
