My boyfriend and I went there and take a look.

Don't believe what they told you.

The one bedroom is starting at $580.The woman asked for $720 for the biggest one.

And they only have two different one bedroom loft.What a big different! When my boyfriend said we would think about it and come back,she said just go ahead and fill the application and everything would not cash out yet.

Then we filled the application,and she persuadered us to sign the lease.

After I saw the lowest price$580,I thought she was a liar.Then because we signed the lease,we can only get half deposit back and lose our $100 application fee.

We just wondering why she gave the lease to us to sign before we get approve.

Now I will never want to come back there even we lost $235 in a bad day.

I totally agree with you and your boyfriend! They should NEVER expect people to sign a lease before a future tenant is approved! How pushy and unproffesional!!!! The Assistant Manager, Tracy needs to read the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE before she handles any more phone calls!!!!
