I just moved into these apartments and I have to say that I would like to move out already. I have heard everything that my neighbors do. There isn't one sneeze or late night "encounter" that I can't hear. I was told the walls were thin, but I can't get a good night sleep. Every apartment is loud in some way just because you have a bunch of people living around each other. This is the extreme. There is nowhere to hide or get away from the noise. Nothing is muffled. If your neighbors are inconsiderate, you will have horrible days and nights. The staff is very nice and the lawn is beautiful, but if you can't sleep through clear laughing and talking and everything else, please don't go to Eden West. It's not a home, it's a dorm with dogs.

The staff shouldn't lie when showing apartments. They say that you rarely will hear your neighbors but they obviously will say anything to get you in the door and get your money!
