Do any of these reviews sound like they came from the office/managers/people who work at Eden West' Do I want landscaping or a decent apartment' Spend the money on putting lights in the closets and clean the carpets (above and below!). If you have a neighbor, you will get to know them REALLY WELL because they sound like they are right next to you in the same room. Watch out for dog poop (they ask people to pick it up but it's just out there) and parking. Ask about rent increases and no security. If you have a problem, you have to call 911. Old windows (ground floor) poor locks. It's just not worth it in my opion. The apartment is just thrown together and the office looks like a million bucks. Don't be fooled by the model and if you request something to be changed to the apartment before you move in, get it in writing because it will never happen. You are asked to sign a lease before the apartment is ready. Not a good idea I learned.

I have read several comments about on here about people being upset because they signed a lease before their apartment was/is ready!!! What a joke! I think that the management needs to sit down and discuss a new price point plan for the apartments! I think the apartments at Eden West are dirty, gross, and need to be updated! What a horrible and disgusting place! I would not recommend to anyone to go on a tour there! They will be pushy and desperate to get you to live there! I agree with you! Stay away from the dump from crap hole!
