My experience at Eden West was very good. The leasing person I worked with initially was very honest and went out of her way to explain the various options available. My rent did go up at six months, but that was because I had a move-in special for the first six months. I knew that when I signed my lease, and was glad to get it! When I got my renewal notice, there was going to be a $5.00 increase in my rent, but I bought a house.

During the year I lived here, I had to call the maintenance guys a couple of times. The office personnel I called were great, and the guys came over and fixed the problems the same day I called (both times).

I did occasionally have to walk further than I wanted to when parking was limited, but not often enough to really complain.

After reading comments about this community and others, and my own experince with other communities,I have to say one of the nicest things was upon moving out. I did not do anything special to clean or prepare my apartment. I did receive my entire deposit back. (I kind of expected some charges for the holes from putting up pictures and for carpet cleaning!)

One final note: I may have really gotten lucky, but I had the nicest neighbors. They were friendly and I did not have any complaints about noise in the apartments around mine.
