Eden West

 

I have lived at Eden West for almost two years now.

I feel privileged to live here.

The people around here are fantastic and there is a good energy because of all the college students.

I will admit that Eden West isn't the most upscale apartment complex in this vicinity but you also don't pay an upscale price if you have a studio apartment.

The studios are perfect for a single person.

I have a clean safe place with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator w/ice maker.

I also have a garage for my car.

My rent is very reasonable considering my accomodations.

You can't beat the location here.

Just minutes from the interstate(s) and right by the mall.

Let's face it this is a pretty pricey area but Eden West is more down-to-Earth price wise.

They take good care of us around here as well.

Before I lived here I lived in the midtown area and granted I paid a little less rent (but not a lot less) and I had to deal with very old appliances, terrible parking, and insects as roommates.

So, I was ecstatic to move into this apartment.

The rumor around town is that living out west is nicer but living in midtown has more character.

Eden West is really great at bridging that gap.

The place is nice and modern but yet it has a little character too.

I would highly recommend it for any single person or a young couple or a young at heart couple.

The people are cool like midtown but the facilities are more like yuppy west Omaha digs.

Very cool place and I hear there is a good history here too!
