Pros: Nice gym.
Large pool.
Not too noisy.
Studios with microwave and dish washer.
A lot of closet space.
Nice, professional staff.
Cons: Giant pot holes.
Rotting walls and ceiling ( a piece of our ceiling came down ).
Cheap, low quality doors and fixtures.
Pet rent that is ridiculously high.

I lived at Eden West for years and If I ever had a problem the office staff and maintenance took care of it. They can't take care of anything unless you tell them. The pros you mentioned are great. I don't agree with the cons. Parking lot problems happen all over the city and as anywhere else they fix them as they happen. as for the rest you need to let them no if you have problems for the to take care of things. Pet rent well it part of having a pet. I know I loved mine and for what the charge I am willing to Pay. There deposit is lower and refundable at least I got some of it back Plus they gave some of the money back that I paid to buy my pet since I got it at the shelter. I would give Eden West top ratings.
