I have lived with the management company that owns Eden West for a couple years now. Now that I am in Eden West I want right back out. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that goes on next door and all around you. Totally unwilling to work or help tennants on issues they have. Will never recommend anyone to live here.

I would like to state that i disagree with what this reviewer is saying about Eden West. I lived at Eden West for over 7 years in 2 differen apartments and had no problems. The office staff and maintenance were great. When I had concerns I could approach the managment and the seemed truely to care about what was happening and helped me take care of any problems. The staff can only do what there policy and lease states. We all have rules and regs that we need to work with in and sometimes the out come might not be what we want, but does not mean office staff does not care.
