My friend told me about this website while she was looking for a new place to live and I decided to take a look and provide my opinion. I wish I had known about this last year when I considered leaving the Enclave because I had lived here for 2 and a half years at the time. When I started looking for a new place to live, I began with the internet and scaled down to my top 3 apartments I was really interested in setting up an actual appointment to see. I set up an appointment to visit a one bedroom at the Biltmore, Vanderbilt, and then one later at Southwest Gables. Upon walking into both the Biltmore and the Vanderbilt, I was appalled at how rudely I was greeted and just the cold atmosphere of the office, including the staff. This really made me appreciate my office staff at the Enclave, Shellie and Kelly, because they are so nice and always talk to you as a person and not just a tenant who pays rent. I viewed Southwest Gables where the staff was nice but the apartments themselves are just not layed out well. In the end, I realized that I love my home because it is a welcoming community with nice residents and staff. I have recommended this apartment to everyone and will continue to when I move out and buy my own home.
