I looked at a lot of apartment complexes before I moved here and I am confident I made the right choice.
The parking is almost always available right in front of my building and if it's not I can always park across from my building which is about an extra 20 feet away. The parking lot is very well lit and in good condition.
As far as noise level goes we can't hear any of our neighbors and the complex itself is very quiet which is very nice.
The grounds are always very well taken care of and neat. They mow the lawn at least once a week and the flowers are always kept up.
I have not yet felt unsafe here. Everyone has been very kind and the parking lot is well lit and visible to everyone.
Compared to all of the apartments I looked at, the quality of construction is very good here.
I think we have the best maintnence people in town. When we moved in the dishwasher didn't dry the dishes when we told the office the maintnece guy came and said he was just going to get us a new dishwasher. There was a bees nest off of our deck and they were here the next day to knock it down and then the exterminator came to make sure all of the bees were gone. For those two little things I've had they've been here the next day.
The office staff have always been helpful and nice. They have made my experience a very enjoyable one so far.
This apartment is well worth the money. The quality is excellent, it's in a great location where it is easy to get anywhere in Omaha, and I think the washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus.
