I have lived her for 10 years and I planning on living her forever if they will keep me. I love my apartment and take a lot of pride in my place. The maintenance staff has always been very timely and very efficient. The office staff is always very helpful and the manager always has a smile on her face. The company has done a beautiful job in getting rid of the old green and the old pool and making it beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

lol this sas when they had decent staff. then new staff changed it. now lets in anyone who breaths including section 8 and all the north omaha people bringin the crime with them. PINE GHETTOS. loved the apt size but not good if you dont feel safe.

Funny my girlfriend moved in and she had to go through a background check AND sex offender check. The other company did not make me do that.
