ok for the most part, but every complex has its problems

Overall my time here has been good. I don't particularly care for the "if you can breathe, you're approved" theory they seem to be having for the past year or so. Issues keeping hot water for showers has been a pain. People that don't know how to park is also a pain. I think you should HAVE to park IN a stall, and if you can't, management SHOULD do something about it. Also, dont put up a sign in front of mailboxes AND diagonally stripe that area of the lot for NO PARKING and then do NOTHING when people park there, how ridiculous!!! We have minorities in our building who dont take the time to straighten out their cars(or ghetto lowrider trucks with the bling bling rims LOL) so the rest of us can get in a stall by them(parked almost diagonally into 2 stalls) and i think the apartments should have enough parking stalls so that all of us have one(not assigned, but maybe limiting the number of cars each apartment can have parked on the property). The fire doors in the stairwells are really heavy, as are the doors to each apartment, so be careful how hard they slam. Walls are thin, so expect to hear the neighbors stereos if they are loud like the punk kids next door to us. I am satisfied with the place as a whole, just somedays wished management took a better look at who they approve and put a little more concern into things like car theft(3 times in 5 years for us, twice mine and once to my brother's), maybe putting controlled entry into the buildings, and maybe either having more garages or lowering the price of the existing ones.
