Okay, they looked great when I first arrived. Not too long after, they no longer have the security, the place is looking run down, and it seems that they'll rent to ANYONE, and I mean this in a bad way. Most all of the newer tenants are young, loud, obnoxious, inconsiderate, and (like all they're broke down vehicles) trashy looking. If you don't care who your neighbors are, this place is just fine. Seriously, it's not that bad as an apartment, but living there is becoming unbearable. I hate to look out my window at any hour now (especially nights & weekends) because of all the thugs wandering about and hanging out by their vehicles looking for trouble.
