As you can see from previous reviews, the summaries are very alike! My husband and I have lived here for almost 10-years and was a great place to live at for the first 4 yrs. Since then, we have gone through several management changes, each one worse than the last one. The latest management came in with all kinds of promises such as updating the hallways. Yes, they did take down the 70's wall paneling and re-carpeted. Too bad it has taken them TWO years to clean the paint off the windows and doors, Which still has NOT been done!!!
And yes, let's mention the Section 8 that they seem to enjoy bringing in. In our building alone, the cops have been called THREE times just last month, due to loudness inside and out the building, domestic disputes and car vandalisms. (And not just from one apartment) It amazes us how we had a background check and credit history check before we could even put a deposit on our place. Now you just need a pulse and your in!
The final straw for us was the fact that they have been updating appliances in apartments as people vacate. (which to no surprise is happening every month) But as long as you stay, you are stuck with the same old 20-yr appliances. Nevermind appreciating the long-term tenants they have, but rather woo in the tenants that cannot pay full price rent and bring all their damn drama with them!
If they wanted North O - they've achieved it!

ur review really helped. but your criticism did not!! YOU ARE THE REASON WHY OUR WORLD IS AT HATE!! and no, if you only have a pulse then ur in, that is not true!! they do have credit checks thank you very much! if u wanted be such a ---------, then youve achieved it!!!!
