My husband and I moved in last year and from the beginning, the credit check and the background check was extremely fast and we found out why. They don't care who they have in their apartments. The hallways are gross, the apartments have stains all over, bugs all over and on any given night or day there are cops being called. I think I have counted in the last 4 months that the police have been there over 18 times. We have people coming in and out of the apartment complex at all hours of the day and night and this is for drugs. There are smells of meth and marujuana in the hallways.

It is a crock that you need to buy a laundry card for 3.00 every time. And if you need to add money to the card, the machine only takes 5.00, 10.00 and 20.00 bills/ You can't add just 1.00 so you are screwed.

We had our neighbors cars broken into and stolen. At least 3 cars. There is NO security and they have people driving around watching people come in and out to monitor people's comings and goings so they can hit a car and get what they want out of it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!

Warning !!! Pam, the blond bimbo who manages Evermean Terrorist is a lying spiteful vindictive ----. If you do not bow down and kiss her ass everytime she has, and will again call the police claiming you did whatever. She is on a power trip. Don't cross her or she'll find some way of getting even. Doesn't matter to her if she has to make up a lie about you. She has numerous priors for doing just that. Pam will rent to anyone. Over the last year I lived there it started looking like a Norf O ghetto with all the section 8 people she moved in there. Car broken into atleast once a month if not more. Cars are stole from the apartment complex parking lot every week. Complain to Pam and she lies to you saying you're the only one having problems. That no body else has reported any problems like that. Practically every car parked there has a small window broken out so thieves could unlock the doors. Pam couldn't see 10 cars or more parked in a row all had windows broken out. Lying ---- !!!!
