a horrible place.
1 The show room and the room they actually prepared for us are quite quite difference!!! When we refused to move in, they didn't give our deposit back. when my husband and I first went there to see the show room, everything looks fine. The carpet, the kitchen, bathroom are all clean and look nice. Then the lady (Jenny)acted extremely like a professional salesperson and told us that day was the last day of some special discount, if we signed the lease before 6 pm we could rent the two beds and two baths apt. at $595(sounds pretty cool),balabala.......I know my husband and I are soft! At last we signed the lease that day, and gave her $200 money order deposit.But when we came back other day to check our actually room, both of us got extremely disappointed. All the facilities including in the kitchen and the bathroom are old like the 80s'. Besides my husband cannot stand the smell in the hallway. Yes it's disgusting. You can tell when you go there!!!

2 rude management
When we found all the problems, of course we were not willing to live there. Then the nice face changed into ice-cold so quick and told us the deposit money were nonrefundable.
