This is the best property management team in Omaha. The onsite manager is meticulous in his detail; he and the rest of the group keep this historic bank building in top condition. Neighbors are very quiet and courteous, with a living environment befitting graduate students, young urban professionals as well as retired individuals.

Monthly rents are reasonable given the beautiful appointments in many of the varying designs. My foyer has marble tile, I have a large kitchen and a tremendous view of the city throughout the living space. I will live here as long as I remain in Omaha.

Need a taste of city living in the midwest' This is definitely your ticket. Neighboring residents are quiet, so you can hear the bustling sounds of city life. Don't like noise' They can place you on an floor high above the street with super views. I moved to an upper floor three years ago and adore everything about the place. My corner apartment has seven large windows showing a panoramic view from NE to SW Omaha, including a great view of city parks, architecture, and the bluffs of western Iowa.

The residences are located within walking distance of myriad art galleries and museums, clubs, bars, restaurants and shopping throughout the downtown area and Old Market district, and has conveinent busing terminals right across the street. If you want to live well, don't miss this opportunity.
