If you can afford it, this is a fantastic place to live. The building is extremely well-kept and the staff is very professional. Parking is expensive, but there is a back lot that is available during evenings and weekends, so guests actually have a place to park. The building itself is very secure, but I had a few negative experiences in the neighborhood. My only complaint was that my windows faced into the alley, so I had the pleasure of waking up to trash removal before 6am.
