You might find some "trendy" newcomers to the market, but you won't find a more classically luxurious, well-maintained building than Farnam 1600. It is extremely well-managed. Hallways and commons areas are vacuumed constantly. Office staff always have very nice attitudes, recognizing that tenants "come first." Full-time maintenance is extremely quick to attend to any problems, almost always the same day. There may be some new places downtown that claim they're nice places to call home, but, from what I hear, they can't match the impeccable service offered at the Farnam 1600. Apartments are very nice, well-appointed and architecturally interesting. This really is the nicest apartment I ever have had. Highly, highly recommended.
