The management is all too eager to try to get at your wallet - they actually gave me a 3-day notice for non-payment of rent, when my rent had been paid (and I had a receipt to prove it) for several weeks, tried to bill me for garage rental when I don't have one, tried to bill me for a broken picnic table that had absolutely nothing to do with me... Maintenance is very, very slow - it took over 2 months of twice-weekly requests to get my defective smoke alarm fixed, took 3 weeks to get the painted-over phone jack repaired. Security doesn't do its job - the first weekend I had my brand new car parked there, someone assaulted it, dented up the bumper, right there at the complex. The noise level is unbearable! The pipes in the walls are so loud you have to adjust the volume on your tv any time someone upstairs flushes, plus the neighbors thumping on the ceiling CONSTANTLY. I could go on and on, believe me, just don't go there! They're money-hungry, insensitive slumlords. Do NOT let them get at your wallet!!!!!!
