Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I've been at the Florentine Apartments for a little over 1 year and I must admit, I'm really happy I settled here. Originally from the west coast I wasn't sure what to expect in omaha, Nebraska.
I'm happy to say it's been a great experience and I'll be keeping my fingers crossed on the situation staying that way. The management is really on top of their game and quiet courteous as well. From the outset the leasing agent Jean Davis, was very polite and patient with my search. It couldn't have been easy on the poor lady having to answer the millions of questions I had with coming into such a new environment. Jean was real honest about what to expect with not only the apartment but Omaha as well.
I'd recommend The Florentine Apartment Community to anyone.
