Please be advised that the owners of this apartment complex are not trustworthy individuals. I moved in 2002 when the lease had expired, and ownership failed to refund my deposit. I did nothing to the apt. to warrant the withholding of my deposit. Furthermore, these owners are in violation of Nebraska law that dictates the complex must provide a reason for withholding the deposit within 14 days. I left in July and this is October. I am taking them to court fo this. So far, they have avoided service. I am a quiet trustworthy individual who is being taken advantage of...those who have an ear, please understand and exercise caution.
