I am in the same position as another past tenant who has posted on this site. I lived in the Florentine Apartments for a year. I left the apartment in June of 2002 in its origional condition and even had the carpet cleaned to the tune of $70 and have not received my rental deposit. Management (AJV Rental Properties) is also avoiding service for my legal claim. It is very difficult to handle a legal claim when you have moved out of state! DO NOT trust the management here! If you are in the same situation with the Florentine Apts. email me and we can compare notes and strengthen our legal cases and hopefully teach these crooks a lesson!
