I'm getting ready to move out of the Four Seasons....THANK GOD. When my fiance and I first moved in Linda was managing the complex, and finally she's been replaced. She seemed so nice when we were apartment hunting, but quickly turned into a completely different person.
They take forever to fix things (our sink has been leaking for 4 months now, and we went without air conditioning for most of July) and it takes 15 minutes just to get into our building because the locks are so old.
It's mostly elderly people in the complex, so it's really easy to get noise complaints. We got our first one within 4 days of moving in, because we were moving our big screen across the living room at 6 in the evening.
The fitness center is a joke, and they claim to have a sauna in the clubhouse, but it has not worked since we moved in. Parking is awful if you plan on getting home after 7 at night, and management complains about everything. I would NOT recommend moving here if you're under the age of 30, as everything is blamed on you ex: there were beer cans in the courtyard, and the manager took it upon herself to call us at 8 in the morning and accuse us of having a party, which if it was the case our neighbors would have heard us, seeing as the walls are paper thin...
This is the WORST rental experience I have ever had in my life, and I would NOT recommend this complex to anyone!
