Pluses: Pool, fireplace, no scummy neighbors (the rent price keeps the riff-raff out), always a place to park, walk-in closet, balcony (albeit a little small), no thru-traffic (major plus for those with kids).
Minuses: Cheap paint (scuffs easily), gets smoky if the wind picks up and a neighbor is using their fireplace, pool didn't open until Memorial Day (typical behind-the-times Omaha maneuver), birds trying to build a nest in the grill on the balcony (straw and poop everywhere!), dull landscaping.
