I'm surprised by all the negative comments on this website. I lived at Fox Valley for 3 years, through 3 different sets of office staff and it has just gotten better. The current manager is great. She is so nice when I go into the office and is always quick to help me solve problems. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants to live somewhere where the staff actually cares about the property and you!!!!
