I used to ive in these apartments. I was very excited because it was my first place on my own. Well were to begin the first month I lived there my living room flooded, due to the yard guys mowing over the drain pipe shoot. So when it rained all the water from the roof came flowing into my apartment. I was not completly moved in yet and still had boxes in the living room waiting to be unpacked. Needless to say they ALL got wet ruining yearbooks that were inside and staining the carpet from the print on the boxes. Maintenace works fairly crappy on the whole situation the just put a big fan in the living room and left it. Well just in cse you didn't know when you have standing water on carpet a fan doesn't do anything but blow the water around. I received no aplogies for the flood. Nor did I recieve on for the other two floods that happened through out my lease. I dmanded that they replace the carpet, the declined. I then demanded that they at least have it cleaned so that spores don't start growing in this nasty wet carpet. They assured me that someone would be out to clean it that day. Two and a half weeks later they finally came and cleaned a small portion of the carpet. Other things that sucked parking, noise level, kids playing in and on the dumpsters. It was semi convient living next to the interstate if you don't mind being kept awake by the sound of passing trucks all night long! Not to metion the sound of the garbage trunk lift up the dumpster then just drop it every week! Cheap paint in all rooms, and entry ways into the building were always messy. One time I came home and someone had steped on like three ketchup packets, it took almost a week for that mess to get cleaned up. Recomendation I'd look elsewhere!
