I moved in when the complex was brand new. The maintenance was great and the property was well kept. It was nice until all the section 8's moved in. We had a neighbor upstairs who would come home at 2 or 3am and stomp around. Her 2 year-old would run all over the apartment making noise as well. We complained several times to the management and banged on the ceiling, but management did absolutely nothing and the lady never changed her habits. We had to grin and bear it until we bought a house. You will NOT get your full deposit back when you leave, no matter how well you clean up.
