Well, the community is nice and usually quiet. As for the complex and it's staff... that's another story. After multiple complaints to the staff about major water damage, nothing was done for THREE WEEKS. Hallways finally got recarpeted (but that doesn't take away from the condoms found in the hallway). Also, large number of silverfish found in bathroom. The office staff is usually rude and indifferent. This place is very inexpensive, which is nice, but, you get what you pay for (which in this case isn't much)
