The complex itself isn't too bad aside from the occasional ghetto resident. The stereo systems & loud drunk ppl do irk me a bit but it's not constant. They keep up w/the grounds and it usually looks nice. The pool isn't the best but decent. I had a water-main break about 9 months into my 1st year and they were fairly quick to replace the damaged carpet. 1 gripe is that maintenance has swiped things from my apt when "fixing" whatever was broken. Management isn't all that nice but I try not to interact w/them too often. The bugs are there as w/any apt - but they're not infested by any means. I probably see a silverfish or spider once every week or 2. Overall - it's a decent place to live for the price.
