My roommate and I got blamed for clogging our toilet intentionally by a series of rude messages. When we confronted the manager that we were not having plumming problems and why she was accusing us, she hung up. No aplogy, no explanation. The property management company treated me like I made this story up for fun. There were cops in the lot constantly due to loud parties in the complex, which made it feel safe to come home at night! The apartment itself was ok, but the surrounding situation made it suck...
