We moved into Fox Valley several years ago. They had a great special on the one bedroom apartment I rented.
The maintenance is awesome and so is the office personnel.
Since I have renewed my lease several times my rent has only gone up slightly every year (considering when I moved in my rent for my apartment was only $399.00.) Every year I get something new in my apartment just for extending my lease (which I never got at my old apartment complex.)
Parking by my apartment can be kind of tight at times if I come home late in the evening (after 10:00) but other then that its fine.
My maintenance needs are taken care of right away and when I call them into the office the ladies there are very polite and even know me when I just say my first name.
I'm not sure why others are unhappy here but my experience has been great and I plan on staying here until I buy a house. The office even talked me into renewing my lease for another year to save me money!
Couldn't ask for a better place to live!
