Admittedly, I do not have a lot of experience renting apartments, however I have had two extended stays with Fox Valley being my second. I would estimate that many of the complaints you see are merely disgruntled tenants blowing minor inconveniences out of proportion.

I have had few issues with pests. I've lived here for six months and saw one silverfish (a number far less than a more "prestigious" gated community in which I paid over $200 more per month). The maintenance team is equally as impressive. When a work order is placed, they resolve the issue the same day without fail.

The staff is incredibly friendly. They know me by face and by first name. They've always done their absolute best to make me and my roommate feel at home. After an exhaustive search, Fox Valley is my home and with such convenient access to the Interstate and a warm community, I would recommend it to you and others.
