For the price and a fast place to live this place would hold some value. However it holds many of the qualities of a safe house as well. There are drug dealers next door, the place reeks of pot, it is loud and there are many break ins. Having said that I have lived here 2 years and not looking for a third. The new management team is an assembly of morons and the conditions of the apartments are that of a crack house. Do not move here if you have a family or if you care about a safe and standard style of living, however if you are comfortable with this type of environment by all means welcome aboard.

P.S. The road on 105th street is a prime example of the standard of living here. Has been that way at least 2 years as well.
