I've lived here for awhile and the experience was ok until the past year or so. This place has gone down hill tremendously with the management changes. I've reported several issues, including the kids (some are very small kids) that are allowed to run the halls and loiter around the steps, unattended children in the pool, and the trash that keeps growing in the entry way. I get the impression that none of these issues have been addressed by management since it continues to happen. In addition, we had a murderer living in the building. Although he isn't a problem now, it really makes me question whether they really do background checks on potential residents and who they let move in.

I will give them kudos on their maintenance team. It's not bad, and in some cases, one person has gone above and beyond what was expected. I've lived in places with worse.

So far, the addition of dogs on the property has not been an issue, but I can imagine that will change over time.

Once upon a time I would have recommended this place, but not anymore.
