Not too bad

I have lived here since last May. The people in the office are friendly. Maintenance isn't that great. When I first moved in, I had a few minor things that needed to be fixed and it took three weeks of me complaining to them. But when it's been something more important, it's been fixed in a shorter time. Another time, my toilet leaked a whole bunch of water out the top at about midnight. The "24 hour" maintenance guy who was on duty told me he was an hour away from the residence and wasn't going to come out until the morning. Also, I have noisy neighbors who like to have drunken parties in the courtyard. I have not yet complained to management, because I can't figure out which apartment it is. Overall, my apartment is pretty nice. I think it's been remodeled because the appliances are new and so is the carpet and tile. I live in a studio and it is enough room just for me. I'm a student, so I don't expect to live in luxury. They are pretty good about snow removal and keeping the grounds up. Parking has never been a problem for me. This is a great are to live in--close to everything you could need. Overall, if you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place for you. But, if you're a student (and don't really want to live in a crappy neighborhood close to campus), this is pretty good. I've had friends with way worse experiences. I think this apartment is better than a lot of the others in the same price range.
