i was told i would have a newly updated apartment-when i moved in the cupboards were painted with the old self paper still inside, shampooed carpets(expected new carpet cause that is what i was told it would be) paint on the door/window trims. When you walked in the bathroom you could feel a hole where the wood was rotting under the floor, my ceiling above the shower had a hole that continued to get bigger and insead of fixing it they just put putty over it which never fixed the problem, when my toilet flooded i couldn't shut the water off cause there was no knob and what was there was eroded so water ran for 20 min before someone came and shut the water off and the manager "didn't have time for this today"when i decided to move out i still had two weeks left however much of my things were out but when i went back to gather more thing and clean on monday maintnace was in there replacing things and trash was everywhere and things that were on the deck were gone (i was there on saturday and everything was fine)when i asked the manager Nancy about it she claimed she didn't know anything about it and didn't know why/who told maintance to go in there-my things where still there why whould they think i had moved out yet. assistent manager is awsome though very helpful. wouldn't recommend living here too many break-ins when my building had multiple breakins in one day i heard from my neighbor management felt it was unnecessary we should be infomed about our safety.
