I've lived at Grandridge for a few months and I think the people are great. I've lived at other apartments around Omaha and I think Grandridge is better because the staff really cares about us. In the past year I have had a couple of maintenance issues and whenever I put in a request for something broken the maintenance guys get to my issue within a day. Then one of the office staff calls me a couple of days later and asks me if I am happy with the repairs. I think it means something when someone goes that extra step to make sure I am happy. The other thing that I want to mention is that the maintenance guys aren't just about fixing normal stuff. I live in Omaha by myself and I don't have any brothers, I'm not married, and my father lives hundreds of miles away. I have had maintenance help me hang a few pictures, and once they even helped me change a flat tire on my car. I think they would pretty much help us tenants do anything as long as it is within reason. One of my neighbors is disabled and I have seen maintenance take out his trash and scrape the windows of his car just to be nice and helpful. The fact that the apartments host gatherings and invite us to visit with them and feed us from time to time is the best. Amy in the office knows that I don't have family nearby and even invited me over for christmas dinner at her place. How sweet is that!'! Thanks Grandridge for a wonderful few months and I hope you keep taking care of us in the next year.
