I am a little confused on the negative remarks...I have lived here only briefly but have had nothing but the best experience from the staff. Everyone has been very helpful and warm. Went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to. Issues resolved in a timely fashion.

I realize that in this era of "me" and "instant gratification" that we don't always get what we want, when we want it...that can be a little disppointing from time to time for some people.. but I can't believe that this place would still be around if all of the stories were true. Learn to have patience or move your butt down the road!

If things are as bad as some stories report....why stay' Why not do something about it'' Is it a stretch of the imagination or too much trouble' I am thinking both. Angry about something so go on a smear campaign....grow up!

Keep up the good work management/staff!!!!
If I have any problems/concerns/etc. in the future, I will handle it the way it should be...through the office and let mangement know the issue and take care of it
from there.

You sound incredibly irate and defensive to be merely a "resident" of Grandridge. Looks like the reviewer got it exactly right when he/she said the "good" reviews were all being posted by the office staff. If you can't stand the truth, maybe you shoudn't work for Grandridge.

Lets end the charades... you staff members who post these "good" comments. I actually tried to have my apartment problems fixed, and I was scowled at by the staff. Also, of all of their new washing machines, only half are in working order at any given time. I was actually asked to leave the clubhouse one time because it was the third time in two weeks that I asked to have a problem fixed in my apartment. What is wrong with you people?
