My husband and my 1 year old son, have been living here for only a few month. I personal like it here. The staff is wonderful. They are so nice and have helped us with many things! Thanks! Yes, it is loud living here, on the bottom floor, you can hear people going up and down the stairs, but what else do you expect living in an apartment. I don't hear my other neighbors, ocasionally on the weekends, I can hear their music, but not on a daily basis. The rooms, with walk in closets and the layout of the apartments are very LARGE and SPACIOUS! I don't do much of the cooking around here, but the appliances, are nice. We have a new dishwasher and oven! I love our dishwasher! They have, in the main building, a work out room, and tanning beds! I love being able to walk a few feet and go work out. We have not been here long enough to use the pool, but I can say we are very excited to try it out this summer! And the park, for the kids!

One of the things that I am not to happy about, with the apartments is that their is no celing lights in the bed rooms. In the walk in closet, in the master bedroom, there is a light. But not in the actual room.

But I have to say overall, for the price for the space and rooms, this was the BEST deal my Husband and I found. Especially, so close to work for the both of us. It only takes both of us about 10-15 mins to go work. It is really close to the interstate exits, and entrances. As well, close to the groceries stores and other frequently visited places!

One major bonus...I feel safe living here, have not seen anything that I have felt uncomfortable with, for me, my husband or our son.

So am I, I have live here for almost 5 years. I can walk down the street and around the corner to tan, and workout at the same time, and even do my laundry, what more can you ask for. Every since the clubhouse remodeled I have saved $360 in tanning fees, and $450 in gym membership fees just by living at Grandridge, my total savings is $810 year to date since the new clubhouse opened in April of 07. That's just like another income tax check in my pocket. Some people don't even know they have it made living at Grandridge. I stopped in the office one day to pay my rent, (I think it was late that day, first time late in 5 years not bad.) Well any way I met the Owners of the company they were just passing thru I shook hands with both of them I introduced myself, very nice people, I handed my rent check to him, he said is this all you pay to stay here I replied yes sir, I have been here for 5 years and I'm not going anywhere, he replied I will definetly see to it that you don't go anywhere, he gave my rent check to one of the office staff he whispered in her ear, when I went to pay my rent the following month I had a credit on my account, That was my lucky day, Of cousre every day at Grandridge is a lucky day for me.
