I stopped by and took a look at an apt and a 1 bdrm twnhse and was totally unimpresssed with what I saw for the riduculously overpriced amt for rent!
They were very small, run down looking with ancient looking appliances and the smell of damp/mold hit you as soon as you entered. The grounds looked trashed, the dumpsters overflowing and stinking--making the whole effect EXTREMELY NEGATIVE! The woman showing me the apt acted oblivious to it all--just tried to pressure me into renting something. Not in this lifetime!
