Drug deals, break ins, fires, a manager that was fired for raising rent when it was suppose to be raised & being unfair to tenants.
The complex is a hot ghetto mess! Don't move here unless you want drama, drugs, and your stuff stolen.
The only thing GrandRidge did good is replace the bathroom fixtures. But they painted our front doors black, which was really ghetto because they did it when the door was closed so when you open your front door, you have this nice ghetto wood showing all around the door. How retarded!
I did get my full $250 deposit back, only because I threatened to get lawyers involved. 2 of my friends that lived there were sued for $2,000 each for carpet damage & blah blah blah. But honestly, it was in good condition. My carpet looked worse than theres. I think if they would have threatened legal action like I did, they wouldn't have been sued.

"Anonymous" dirty mouth/disrespectful posting must have come straight from the Grandridge office. Who else would consider it the tenant's sole responsibility to ensure their own safety and well being? That such a violent and horrific environment exists and is allowed to continue without the management's intervention says IT ALL!

omg! this place sounds insane! geez, I hope you guys report these idiots to the housing authority, this is sheer crazyness! I can't imagine Omaha Nebraska like this, but I swear, wherever section 8 is, there is always trouble...no matter what city or state, they always bring communities down. very sad.
