Grandridge seem to be a great place to live untill I called for maintenace then all attitude showed up. maintenace would give you excesses like the building is an old building plumbing is a mess tolit backs up low water presure you have to run the water for 10 min before the hot water heat up. Staff are friendly to you at first but once you become a resident all that change they are very very rude. For the amount of rent that I pay to live here and pay ontime I could not get a new patio door because there is a waiting list, but wait my neighbor have been on the waiting list for 2 years' mold was arould the bedroom window that instead of dealing with the staff I got som bleech and scurb it off myself. The manager is a young girl who just want rent and not to deal with any of the problems that these units are having because the building are old $715.00 is to high not to be able to be happy living here. And drug yes. My lease is up and I am outta hear.

I agree with you!! I used to live there as well and the place is a joke. sounds like they have raised the rent alot i lived there a year ago and was paying $625 and that was too high for how crappy it was. I would suggest anyone considering Grandridge go elsewhere.
