Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I was appalled at how dumpy these apts aer! Small, dingy, completely outdated kitchens and bathrooms! I'd be ashamed to invite anyoe to visit me! They smelled like a cross between wet newspaper and dirt! I also saw what looked like rodent droppings in one of the closets.
Is anyone that desperate to save $10 a month'
