If you like noise and scared to walk to your building from your car move in. I've lived here almost 4 years and was very content until new management took over. The manager is rude and seems either unqualified to take care of the crime in the parking lots or find a way to have noisy tenants behave like other quite tenants. She has even told me the noisy tenant's have rights to be that way between the hours of 7:30am and 11:30pm, even though it goes on all night and into the mornings. You can even smell the use of dope in the hall ways, and some times in your apartment. Call security is a joke! They can't even get into some of the buildings that have security locks at the entrances doors. Some buildings are secure, most are not. Try living in a secure building with criminals. Call the police' You must let them in a secure building and then the problem tenets know you complained. It is scary!
I will be moving out at the end of my lease if the management does not get this complex back to a good safety level so people can feel secure.
I hope the Owners of the complex might step in and find a remedy.
