Grandridge has been a great place to call home:) I have lived in several apartment communities in the Omaha Metro area and Grandridge is by far my favorite! The staff here is what makes Grandridge Apartments feel like home. They are obviously committed to delivering great service to their residents. The maintenance does great work and things are always fixed promply and right the first time. The buildings here appear to be in top quality and the remodeled clubhouse is great place to spend free time. Despite what others say this is a very safe, very quiet community and grandridge does offer 24 hour security service which helps to keep it that way. Ever since I have lived here the parking has always been ample and well lit. And as for the grounds they truely are a thing of beauty, especially right now with the trees begining to bloom. Overall this is an excellent community in all reguards.
FYI to all... I have never seen a pest or rodient in this community:)

How much did they pay you to say that load of crap? Grandridge is safe? Since when? A resident was murdered in the parking lot last year, my boyfriend was jumped by 5 residents when he stopped to help them one night! There is always someone calling the police for one reason or other. None of the buildings are secured access so anyone can walk in, which was proven when I once had a strange man pounding at my door for a half an hour one night and then tried to get in! My neighbors are very loud, noisy people, they blast their music all night and very early on weekends. People smoke in the hallways of the buildings, I have a dealer living down the hallway from me, the building constantly smells of weed. You obviously are full of crap.

haha...staff are writing responses because they can't fill their crap hole apts. We lived there when it was laurelwood and it was bad, my sister and her husband just moved out (only moved in because they got a kickass military discount $480 for a 2 bed 2 bath) and they moved!!! What's they say!? If you staff would actually take the time to fix this place instead of being retarded on here...maybe you would get some postitive feedback, dumbasses!

I lived there when it was Laurelwood as well, but it was back in the late 80's and it was very nice then. Management and maintenance were both good at that time. So sorry to hear it has declined so badly.

Is the staff and manager SO incredibly desperate to keep their loser jobs that they spend their time creating these absolutely ridiculous postings? Do they really think the SEVENTY PLUS individuals who have posted their LEGITIMATE disgust in detailed accuracy are all somehow wrong? They are the ones stuck living in the HELL that has now become "Grand"ridge! Here's a concept: Why don't all you bored office staff and brooding b@#$% of a manager spend your time addressing the serious, unhealthy, life threatening problems in the complex instead of doing what you do best; pretending they don't exist!

Wow only the staff could write something so fake on here the grounds here are trashed with beer cans/bottles, glass all over, dead birds, dog ----, fast food bags, dirty diapers, blunt guts, and just garbage. there is ALWAYS something broke and when they come to fix it it is usually @ an inconvenient time where if u arent home they just walkin and if you are and dont answer they still just walce right in. The staff are a bunch of broke ass ghetto -----$ who dont care who moves in and what happens becuase they are slumdogs too. the pool sux it 5 foot deep in the middle the rest is 4 and 3 the parking sux ppl who do and odnt live here think they can park ne where. the grass is ------ there is mud every where the appliances are sooo out of date and nasty, the kitchen is horrible and the bathroom is a nightmare. the nieghbors all smole pot and meth i actually had sum guys ask for tin foil to smoke with, and they are always loud screamin outside on the cell phones and having their kids n brothers and sisters and grandkids and baby daddies and their whole familes live in a tiny 2 bedroom. they let their kids run around out side in the streets until late late at night i even saw a little baby who could barely walk outside alone with no pants or diaper on just a big shirt and he was standing there peeing thru it. it is soo nasty @ grandrige it should be shut down by the state!!!! The laundry rooms even flood with gross water from the sewer all moldy n chucky it smells horrific. people will try and start fights if you try to do your laundry there because some1 is always doing theirs DAY AND NIGHT!! This is a PLACE FROM HELL it makes me want to leave Omaha all together just to know what kind of scum live here!! i just got robbed @ gun point on SAT here and trust me and you I AM GONE!! thats it no one will put my or my family in danger Fu(k this place there is no word bad enough to describe it unless ur from down north and like the ghetto you wont like it here leave it for the ghetto ------ to take over its already been done any way!!
