Does the staff receive bonus payouts for every line of CRAP they can post' I mean any normal (non-staff)person would be suffering under a grand delusion to ever state the falling down, run-down, DUMPS are "buildings of top quality". Compared to what--
tent city' The buildings are dirty, moldy,beat up and horrible.
As far as "very quiet"; WHAT''' The police just busted an underage drinking party (that "grand"ridge is so renowned for, with 150 riotous punks in one building that spilled into the parking lot. That's one incident in one night. This doesn't even hit upon the daily living in apts surrounded by pumping stereos, drunks, gunfire, etc. etc etc.
