I've had several problems with getting things fixed in the 6mos I've been here.
I've dealt with the every one of the idiot maintenance crew (even the "supervisor")
and they're all hopeless. I've done basic remodelling myself and can see their efforts are less than pitiful. They do seem (particularly the supervisor) to be expert in shooting the bull though.
